Mid-America Real Estate sells five buildings at St. Louis retail center

Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales team recently brokered the sale of five multi-tenant buildings that make up a portion of The Shoppes at Hawk Ridge in Lake St. Louis, Missouri.

The sale consisted of 124,797 square feet of retail space that was purchased by Clayton, Missouri-based Midwest Retail Properties for $16.5 million.

The Shoppes at Hawk Ridge is located at the southwest quadrant of Interstate 64 and Route 364 in Lake St. Louis. The buildings included in the sale featured tenants such as Verizon, GNC, Dollar Tree, Petland, Subway, Cricket Wireless, HereToday, Jimmy Johns, GameStop, Great Clips, Starbucks, AT&T, Orange Theory and Famous Footwear.

Walmart, Lowe’s Home Improvement and TJ Maxx provide shadow anchors to the center.
