Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s investment sales team recently brokered the sale of The Plaza at Prairie Ridge in Pleasant Prairie, Wis.
The 9,035-square-foot three-tenant center was purchased by Mark Cosenza, vice president of Oak Brook, Ill.-based Inland Real Estate Acquisitions, Inc.
The Plaza at Prairie Ridge is located at the southeast corner of 75th Street and 104th Avenue in Pleasant Prairie. The center features strong credit tenants, including Batteries Plus, Heartland Dental Care and US Cellular. The center is shadow-anchored by Target, JC Penney, Dick’s Sporting Goods and PetSmart.
Carly Gallagher of Mid-America Real Estate Corporation in cooperation with Dan Rosenfeld of Mid-America Real Estate – Wisconsin were the exclusive brokers in the transaction on behalf of the seller, Milwaukee-based Evo Properties, LLC.
