Mid-America Real Estate Corporation will represent Loyola University Chicago on their entire retail portfolio on the Lake Shore and Water Tower campuses.
Mid-America Real Estate Corporation Senior Vice President, Greg Bayer, and Vice President, Lara Keene, will represent Loyola on approximately 110,000 square feet of retail including the retail at the base of a new proposed Hampton Inn hotel at the southwest corner of Albion Avenue and Sheridan Road.
Chicago-based Lakeside Management, NFP manages Loyola’s retail assets and will be working closely with Mid-America.
