Mid-America Real Estate Corporation has recently been retained as an agent on behalf of Yoga Six during their multiple store roll-out in the Chicago area. Mid-America Principal Paul Bryant and Vice President Michael Wexler will represent the yoga studio.
Yoga Six has signed two new leases in the Chicago area. The retailer signed on for 6,626 square feet at 1150 North State in Gold Coast and 6,028 square feet at Roosevelt Collection in South Loop.
The yoga studio currently has one location in Lincoln Park and plans to open five stores in the Chicago area by 2015. Justin Collins of Jameson represented the landlord in the Gold Coast transaction. McCaffery Interests represented the landlord in the South Loop transaction.
“We are very excited to be coming to Chicago. This is a great city and the feedback from [new Yoga Six] teachers and future students has been overwhelming. We’ve had 80+ students coming out to practice with us on the lawn at Roosevelt Collection on Saturday mornings – and that is/was without an open studio. How cool is that? We are both humbled and grateful,” said Dan Farris, Yoga Six CEO.
