Milwaukee-based Mid-America Real Estate-Wisconsin recently promoted vice presidents Tony Colvin and Adam Dreier to principals.
Colvin is now responsible for tenant representation of national and regional retailers in their site selection throughout the state of Wisconsin. Some of his clients include Starbucks Coffee Company, TJX Companies, Quiznos, HuHot Mongolian Grill, Planet Fitness, Firestone, Vitamin Shoppe, 7-Eleven, Dollar General and CherryBerry Yogurt Bar.
Colvin joined Mid-America Real Estate as a broker associate in January of 2001 shortly after the inception of Mid-America Real Estate-Wisconsin LLC. To date, Colvin has brokered more than 1.2 million square feet of retail space for a total transaction value of more than $186 million.
Dreier also specializes in tenant representation of national and regional retailers throughout the state. Some of his clients include PNC Bank, Buffalo Wild Wings, Chipotle, AT & T, Aspen Dental and Planet Fitness.
Dreier has been a part of Mid-America Real Estate since February of 2002 as a broker associate. To date, he has brokered more than 1 million square feet of retail space for a total transaction value of more than $212 million.
