Mid-America Asset Management, Inc. recently secured a new retail lease on behalf of 7501 West North Avenue in River Forest, Illinois. Fresh Thyme Farmers Market signed the 28,220-square-foot lease.
Located at the southwest corner of North and Monroe Avenues, the grocer will be taking the former Dominick’s location.
Mid-America President Mike George and Principal Richard Spinell represented the landlord in the transaction. Andy Robbins and Al Rodenbostel of ARCORE Real Estate Group represented the tenant.
