Mid-America Asset Management Inc., recently secured three new retail leases on behalf of two shopping centers in Chicago’s southwest suburbs. Highlighted transactions are listed below in order of transaction size.
Crest Hill, Ill. (Will County) – Flexeon Rehabilitation signed a lease for 2,923 square feet at Hillcrest Shopping Center at the southeast corner of Route 30/Plainfield Road and Larkin Avenue in Crest Hill, Ill. The 240,268-square-foot center is anchored by TJ Maxx, Food 4 Less, Citi Trends, and Harbor Freight Tools. Mid-America Principal/Vice President Marget Graham and Vice President Katie Hennegan represented the landlord. Jon Boyajian of LFI represented the tenant.
Tinley Park, Ill. (Cook County) – Angelo’s Fresh Market and Sport Clips signed leases at Cornerstone Centre at the northeast corner of 183rd Street and Harlem Avenue in Tinley Park, Ill. Angelo’s Fresh Market signed on for 1,750 square feet and Sport Clips for 1,200 square feet. The 28,090-square-foot center features tenants including The Egg & I, AT&T, and 350 Brewing Company. Mid-America Leasing Representatives Paige Winkels and Samantha Spinell represented the landlord in both transactions. Angelo’s Fresh Market was self-represented, while Peter Scannell of Mid-America Real Estate Corporation represented Sport Clips.
