The Village at Bay Park is strategically located in the heart of the Oneida Street retail corridor, just east of I-41 and north of Highway 172 in Ashwaubenon, a suburban village located immediately southwest of Green Bay.
The property is a 180,754 square-foot power center featuring a diversified tenant line-up consisting of national retailers including JCPenney, DSW, dressbarn, Kirkland’s, Lane Bryant, Chico’s, Pizza Ranch, Verizon Wireless, and Seroogy’s.
Mid-America Real Estate Corporation Principal Joe Girardi and Associate Emily Scharpf in cooperation with Mid-America Real Estate-Wisconsin, LLC Vice President Teresa Shemitis were the exclusive brokers in the transaction on behalf of a public REIT.
