Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales team recently brokered the sale of the Primrose Marketplace in Springfield, Missouri. The 371,592-square-foot center was purchased by a joint venture between New York City-based DRA Advisors and Beachwood, Ohio-based Chase Properties.
Primrose Marketplace is located at the northeast corner of the “main and main” retail intersection of Glenstone Avenue and Primrose Street. This open-air center is anchored by TJ Maxx, Ross Dress for Less, Marshalls, Ulta, Best Buy, PetSmart, JC Penney Home Store and Bed Bath & Beyond.
Mid-America Real Estate Corporation Principal Ben Wineman, in cooperation with Pace Properties Vice President Scott Seyfried, were the exclusive brokers in the transaction on behalf of the seller, New Hyde Park, New York-based Kimco Realty Corporation.
