Last year, Wentzville, Missouri, was named the fastest growing city in Missouri  and it is living up to that honor with the debut of the TownePlace Suites by Marriott extended-stay hotel.

Midas Hospitality celebrated the grand opening in early May joined by Royal Banks of Missouri, builder CMC Construction and 150 dignitaries from the Wentzville area.

Located at 20 Cliff View Drive, the 96-room extended-stay hotel is located along I-70 at Highway Z and capitalizes on its proximity just west of the I-70, I-64 and Highway 61 interchange. Numerous restaurants and a movie theater are within walking distance.

The four-story hotel features king-, queen- and two queen- bed suites and multiple amenities including kitchens in every room; fitness center; guest laundry facilities; complementary hot breakfast buffet; complimentary high-speed Internet throughout the building and its public spaces; a 10-person meeting room; and unlimited access to Weber® premium grills, tools, spices, and seasoning in an outdoor patio area.

“Whether staying at the hotel for one night or multiple nights, everything you need will be at your fingertips,” noted Linda Eigelberger, chief commercial officer and principal, Midas Hospitality.  “This is our third hotel in Wentzville which is a testament to how much we believe in the city, St. Charles County and the growth of outer suburbs of St. Louis.  We especially appreciate all that Wentzville leadership has done to grow this vibrant area.” Midas Hospitality previously developed the Hampton Inn and Fairfield Inn & Suites in Wentzville.

Joining Midas Hospitality, Royal Banks of Missouri and CMC at the grand opening ribbon cutting on May 9, 2024 were Wentzville Mayor Nick Guccione, Wentzville Fire Chief Steve Mosher and Western St. Charles Chamber of Commerce President/CEO  Tony Matthew.
