Midas Hospitality opened a new dual-branded AC Hotel and Residence Inn by Marriott at Lenexa City Center, bringing 261 rooms and suites to one of the Kansas City, Missouri, region’s growing mixed-use destinations.
Developed and operated by Midas Hospitality, the project in Lenexa, Kansas, brings together two distinct Marriott experiences serving business travelers, extended-stay guests, families, groups and leisure travelers. The development also includes approximately 11,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space being represented for lease by Copaken Brooks, further contributing to the walkable, mixed-use environment of Lenexa City Center.
Located at 8710 Penrose Lane, the AC Hotel features 132 rooms, contemporary design, upscale amenities, onsite dining and meeting space. The AC Lounge provides a social gathering place for hotel guests, visitors and the local community.
The Residence Inn features 129 apartment-style suites designed for longer stays, with fully equipped kitchens, complimentary breakfast and residential-style amenities that give guests additional space, flexibility and comfort while traveling.
Together, the two hotels provide guests with access to the amenities and experiences of Lenexa City Center while offering convenient access to the greater Kansas City metro area.
