The company represented landlord L-M Development Company in a new lease arrangement in which Peerless Cleaners leased 1,225 square feet in Fort Wayne, Ind. Tracey Holtzman and Jeff Hubley of Midland Atlantic represented the landlord.
Nail Spa recently joined the Carmel Walk retail development, located in Carmel, Ind., leasing 1,300 square feet. Pat Boyle of Midland Atlantic represented the landlord, The Fineberg Group. The tenant represented itself.
NAPA Auto Parts leased a 7,500-square-foot former Speedway Auto Parts in Plainfield, Ind. Holtzman represented the landlord, Dorothy Turner, in the transaction.
Thrifty Supply leased 28,000 square feet at East Main Street Shoppes in Brownsburg, Ind. Jodi Milto, of Midland Atlantic, represented Thrifty Supply.
