Drivers with dirty cars in the Indianapolis suburb of Noblesville will soon have another option to wipe away the grime.
Tracey Holtzman of Indianapolis-based Midland Atlantic sold a 1.32-acre outparcel at Prairie Lakes Shopping Center in Noblesville, Ind.
The owner, Backer Development, LLC was represented by Hotzman. The purchaser, PCW Properties One, represented itself and will be operating as Prime Car Wash.
The car wash has a planned opening date of late summer 2012.
