Midland Atlantic helps laundrymat find new location in Indianapolis

Jodi Milto of Indianapolis-based Midland Atlantic, recently helped a laundry business find a new location in the city.

Thanks to Milto’s help, Laundry Bright leased 3,400 square feet at the Hanna Shops retail development in Indianapolis. Jeff Merritt, with Summit Realty Group, represented the landlord, RCS Holdings, LLC.
