Tracey Holtzman of Midland Atlantic Properties recently completed transactions to fully lease the former Marsh building in Mooresville, Indiana.
Holtzman represented the owner, Grenadier Indiana LLC, in the multi-year lease transactions at 435 Town Center Drive in Mooresville.
Holtzman and the team at Midland Atlantic Properties worked on behalf of the landlord to backfill the 55,000-square-foot former grocery store.
The first signed tenant, Tractor Supply Company, leased 23,556 square feet. The remaining 31,444 square feet are being leased by Ollie’s Bargain Outlet. This will bring the property to full occupancy.
