Jeff Hubley and Shawn Heffern of Midland Atlantic Properties acted as the broker in the sale of the Pavilion at Castleton, a 37,600-square-foot shopping center in Indianapolis.
The center, at 5899-5999 E. 86th St., was sold by Stough Associates for $2.45 million.
The buyer, Make Others Great, was represented by Matt Jackson of Jackson IG.
