Midloch Investment Partners adds managing director

Brandon Banks

Midloch Investment Partners, a commercial real estate investment firm with offices in Minneapolis, Chicago and Milwaukee, has hired Brandon Banks as managing director.

Previously, Banks was Vice President of Real Estate and Institutional Sales for RealCrowd, an online commercial real estate syndication company, where he managed relationships and investment offerings with private and institutional real estate operators.

In his new role, Banks will be working with sponsors and brokers to source investment opportunities for Midloch, including joint-venture partners, limited partner equity, preferred equity and debt.

Midloch is principally focused on the Midwest but has made a number of investments in other markets, from the Southeast to the Sunbelt to the Mountain West.

Prior to his time at RealCrowd, Banks was a partner at Palmer Capital, an independent real estate capital markets firm where he focused on helping clients buy, sell and capitalize commercial real estate properties. Previously, he was in the United States Marine Corps for eight years and is the recipient of the Non-Commissioned Officer of the Year Award and Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal.
