High Street Residential, subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company, announced Midtown Square in Glenview, Illinois has achieved stabilization and is more than 90 percent leased since opening its doors in November 2014.
The four-story, 215,000 square feet mixed-use project is comprised of 138 Class A luxury apartment units and approximately 9,000 square feet of first floor retail space, including a drive-thru retail bay. In addition, CorePower Yoga (CPY) opened for business in early 2015, occupying approximately 5,000 square feet of the ground floor retail.
Midtown Square is on 2.7 acres and offers one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. Unit features include balconies or patios, quartz kitchen counter tops, nine-foot ceilings, gas ranges, in-unit washers and dryers, breakfast bars and large walk-in closets. Community amenities include a clubroom, wine room, dog wash station, business center, bicycle storage, heated garage parking, storage lockers, and a 24-hour fitness center.
Midtown Square won the 2013 “Best Block” Charter Award by Illinois Congress for the New Urbanism; was recognized in the top 5 Developments for 2014-2015 at the 27th Annual CRE Awards Dinner hosted by Greater Chicago Food Depository, was one of the 2015 ULI Chicago Vision Awards Finalists, and is a Finalist for NAIOP Chicago’s 28th Annual Awards for Excellence.
