NelsonHill has completed the sale of an 8,720-square-foot industrial building located in the Kinzie Corridor at 1915 W. Hubbard St. in Chicago.
Midway Building Services is expanding and has purchased the Hubbard Street building for the relocation of its operations from 456 N. Oakley in Chicago. The building on Hubbard is the former location of a woodworking company for Potbelly’s Sandwiches. Midway Building Services provides cleaning services for commercial properties and chose the freestanding, single-story building which is rare in this market.
Frank Melchert, senior vice president of NelsonHill represented the seller, NelsonHill, in the transaction. Mark Nelson and Michael Nelson of NelsonHill worked on behalf of the buyer.
