Midway Windows and Doors, Inc., has signed a new 30,000-square-foot lease at 5321 W. 65th Street in Bedford Park, Illinois, which will be its new headquarters.
Bill Kerrins, senior vice president at Paine/Wetzel TCN Worldwide represented the buyer.
The company chose the location due to the ability to add new production lines, the flexibility of the space, and close proximity to its main plant.
This is the second expansion for Midway Windows and Doors in 2015. Paine/Wetzel’s Kerrins represented the company in their relocation to a 17,000-square-foot space in Bedford Park earlier this year.
The landlord, 5321 W. 65th LLC, was represented in-house by Phil Mumford.
