Midwest chapter of Counselors of Real Estate names new chairman

David Hooks is the new chairman of the Midwest chapter of the Counselors of Real Estate.

Hooks is with MarketHooks Consulting, Inc., based in Chicago.

The Midwest chapter covers the states of Illinois, Indiana, Iowa and Wisconsin.
