Chicago-based CORFAC International held its spring conference March 5 through 7 in Miami. And several Midwest-based CRE pros received key honors during the event.
Steven Podolsky of Podolsky|Circle CORFAC International in Chicago, took home the award for largest industrial transaction by size. Podolsky was the primary referring broker for a 404,000-square-foot industrial transaction in Memphis.
Mason Capitani with L. Mason Capitani/CORFAC International in Troy, Mich., earned the award for top office transaction by both size and dollar volume. Capitani was the transacting broker for a 40,000-square-foot $3.45 million office transaction in Farmington Hills, Mich.
Scott Savacool with Sansone Group/CORFAC International based in St. Louis was named the network’s top referring broker. He referred 14 total transactions in 2014. Sansone Group/CORFAC International in St. Louis was the top referring firm, referring 20 transactions during the year.
