Colliers International | Chicago’s Jim Estus and Matthew Stauber represented Midwest Custom Case, Inc., designers and manufacturers of store fixture products, in its 239,700-square-foot lease at 25975 Cleveland Avenue in Monee, Illinois. The company will move from 425 Crossing Drive in nearby University Park, Illinois, when the lease commences in Fall 2020.
Located near the West Monee Manhattan/I-57 interchange, the warehouse/distribution facility features 30-foot clear ceiling height, 25 docks and four drive-in doors. In addition, there are 5,265 square feet of office space.
“We really have to tip our caps to the Mayor of Monee and his staff for rolling out the red carpet for Midwest,” said Estus.
Midwest chose the newer building for its location which provides immediate access to the U.S. supply chain infrastructure including I-80 which connects the East and West Coasts. Further, the more modern building allows the company to streamline its operations for more efficient output.
