Midwest Industrial Funds announced the recent acquisition of 1125 Alexander Court, in Cary, Illinois in their third investment fund. Midwest Industrial purchased the fully leased 50,050-square-foot industrial facility from a private investor. Dan Jones, Principal of Entre Commercial Realty, was the sole broker and represented the Seller in the transaction.
The deal comes just months after Midwest Industrial Funds raised their third investment fund, to purchase and develop over $250 million worth of industrial properties. The new fund targets 50,000 square-foot and larger single-tenant, multi-tenant, value-add, stabilized and spec development opportunities.
