Midwest Industrial Funds recently sold an 84,000-square-foot industrial building at 4300 S. Morgan St. in Chicago for an undisclosed price.
The food-production building is located within the Stockyards Business Park. It features 17- to 28-foot ceilings, seven exterior docks, parking for 150 cars and freezer space on its nine-acre site.
An affiliate of WP Carey purchased the property.
