Midwest Industrial Funds announced construction is underway on their new 400,088-square-foot industrial project located at 537 Discovery Drive within the DuPage Business Center in West Chicago, Illinois. The building is being developed on a speculative basis and is suitable for a variety of uses including distribution, assembly, manufacturing or corporate headquarters.
The high image pre-cast concrete and glass facility features 36-foot clear height, a cross dock configuration with up to 65 truck docks, 373 car parks, onsite trailer parking with office and power to suit. The building is divisible and will be completed in the summer of 2022. MIF Construction LLC is the design-build general contractor for the project. Mark Moran and John Whitehead of NAI Hiffman are handling the marketing and leasing for the building.
