The multi-family market is booming in Milwaukee. If you want to take advantage of it, you need to attend the 2013 Milwaukee Apartment Summit held this June by Midwest Real Estate News.
The event will be held June 5 at the downtown Hilton hotel in Milwaukee, 611 W. Wisconsin Ave. The summit will start at 8 a.m. and run until noon. Registration will begin and a hot breakfast will be served at 7:15 a.m.
Presentations will focus on the future of Milwaukee’s apartment market, financing strategies, underwriting challenges for apartment financing and how Milwaukee’s apartment market compares with the rest of the country.
