Cresa has hired Mike Mangan as senior vice president with its occupier services brokerage team. Mike has over 17 years of experience managing multi-market industrial portfolios on behalf of national and multinational organizations. He joins the Chicago office and will focus on growing Cresa’s industrial presence throughout Chicagoland, as well as across the U.S.

During his career, Mangan has arranged over 10 million square feet of transactions, most recently as executive managing director with Vestian Global Workplace Services.

Mike has also held previous positions with Savills and CBRE. He is a graduate of the University of Iowa.
