Millennial Title, which has offices across the Midwest, and Access Title completed the merger of the two companies on May 2.
This news comes after planning between Chip Ridge, president of Millennial Title, and Timothy Cain, president of Access Title.
With this new partnership, the combined enterprise – which will operate under the ‘Millennial Title’ brand – will expand its roster of locations to include existing offices in the Carolinas and Georgia, and boast a total of 15 locations across the country.
Additionally, both Ridge and Cain are committed to identifying new markets for expansion, and finding additional title industry specialists to join the team to best serve their clients.
Patrick Smith, founder and CEO of Title Success Solutions, served as consultant to Access Title in connection with the transaction. Title Success Solutions works with title agencies on mergers, acquisitions, expansion, operational efficiencies, and succession planning.
