Millennium Properties R/E, a premier boutique brokerage and property management company in Chicago, continued its rapid growth, hiring Desiray Villagrana as a member of its property management team.
Most recently, Ms. Villagrana worked as a lease administrator for McGladrey, creating financial analyses and assisting with due diligence projects for office, retail and industrial properties. Previously, Ms. Villagrana was an on-site property manager for several suburban office buildings totaling 500,000 square feet.
