Two real estate attorneys have been named shareholders with Milwaukee law firm Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren.
Lucas Roe was named a shareholder in the firm’s real estate practice, and advises clients in all aspects of real estate law. He provides legal counsel to clients in connection with acquiring, financing, developing, leasing and selling real estate across the country.
Joseph Shumow is also a new shareholder in Reinhart’s real estate practice. He is an advisor to a variety of tax credit, real estate and corporate clients. His tax credit practice includes the representation of developers, credit allocators, lenders and investors involved with low-income housing, new markets and historic tax credit transactions.
