A-W-Bennett Enterprises, with the help of the Milwaukee office of CBRE, purchased 310,000 square feet of office space in northern Illinois.
A-W-Bennett purchased the space at 2816 N. Main St. in Rockford, Ill. The company purchased this space from Hendricks Commercial Properties, LLC.
The Milwaukee office of CBRE also closed the sale of 150,580 square feet of space in Racine, Wis., to Penny Racine, LLC.
Penny Racine purchased the space at 5900 Durand Ave. in Racine from J.C. Penney Corporation, Inc.
