John Kardelis has joined Colliers International|Wisconsin in Milwaukee as vice president in the retail services brokerage group.
Kardelis brings more than 20 years of experience to his new position. He has worked with local, regional and national retailers throughout Wisconsin, and represents restaurant and hospitality companies, drug and grocery stores and financial institutions in site-selection requirements.
Throughout his career, Kardelis has also worked with shopping center develoers and owners in the development, leasing and selling of retail properties across the state. He has also disposed of excess property for both national retailers and local/regional property owners.
