Chad Vande Zande, a 24-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, has joined the industrial services team at Milwaukee’s The Boerke Company.
Vande Zande most recently worked as senior vice president of investments with CenterPoint Properties. He joines Boerke as a partner.
Vande Zande assisted in the acquisition of more than $750 million of industrial properties in Southeast Wisconsin, Los Angeles, Northern California and Houston in just under nine years at CenterPoint.
