Milwaukee-based The Boerke Company won two Wisconsin Real Estate Deal of the Year Awards at the annual awards ceremony held at the Pfister Hotel by the Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin.
The 2014 Office Deal of the Year went to the 164,800-square-foot office building purchased by Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin. The building was owned and occupied by Reader’s Digest. The Boerke Company’s Jack Price represented Goodwill and Andrew Jensen represented Reiman Publications in the sale.
The other Boerke Company Deal of the Year win was for the Construction category, where Jeff Hoffman represented Stella & Chewy’s, an all-natural pet food supplier, for a 164,007-square-foot build-to-suit in Oak Creek, Wis.
