Milwaukee’s Greywolf Partners adds three team members

Milwaukee-based Greywolf Partners recently added three team members, tenant coordinator Beth Hrdlick, accountant Diego Castro and leasing agent Sandy Shambeau.

These additions bring Greywolf Partners to more than 54 employees.

Hrdlick steps into the role of tenant/project coordinator where she works with the property managers as well as other team members. Her previous experience as an office administrator for a law firm with a focus on real estate is an asset for the team as she works on various projects.

Castro is working as an accountant, where he focuses his efforts on the accounting duties for various properties. Before joining Greywolf Partners, Castro was working in customer service while obtaining his degree from Milwaukee Area Technical College.

Shambeau has joined the team as a leasing agent for The District West Bend, a property that Greywolf Partners has been hired to manage and lease. The multifamily property is currently under construction.

Shambeau’s 20 years of customer service experience as both a medical assistant and front office coordinator, will be an asset for the team in handling the various questions and process to help residents when they lease one of the apartments.
