Milwaukee-based Greywolf Partners has added Bailey Copeland as vice president of development.
Copeland will oversee a variety of different projects for the company, including the completion of Greywolf Industrial II, a 122,038-square-foot speculative industrial facility in Madison, Wisconsin, near the Interstate-39/90 interchange.
Additionally, she will work on the continued retail development at the Shoppes of Miller Park Way at 2080-2172 Miller Park Way.
Before joining Greywolf Partners, Copeland worked at another locally owned real estate services company for the past 16 years.
She is president-elect for NAIOP and past president of Real Estate Alliance for Charity.
