Irgens hired Dan Romnek as Vice President of Development. Based in Milwaukee, Romnek will oversee Irgens’ first luxury multifamily development, planned for a prominent site within the Milwaukee County Research Park at the corner of Mayfair Road and Wisconsin Avenue in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin.
Romnek has more than 15 years of experience in real estate finance and development, with a primary focus on multifamily communities. His background includes leading the full lifecycle of development projects, from site identification and budgeting to financing, design, construction, delivery, and lease-up, across southeastern Wisconsin.
In his new role, Romnek will execute Irgens’ development strategy within the greater Milwaukee region, supporting the company’s long-term business objectives, capital deployment plans, and overall portfolio growth. He will provide strategic leadership across investments, acquisitions, leasing strategy, real estate services, and joint venture opportunities, while also guiding build-to-suit and broader development initiatives.
