Hans Zietlow has joined the Milwaukee brokerage team of NAI Pfefferle as a senior commercial real estate advisor.
Zietlow brings more than 25 years of industry experience to his new position. During his career, he has built a reputation for delivering results to his clients.
After spending his early years in Alaska, Zietlow returned to Wisconsin in the late 1990s to help expand his family’s business. As director of real estate for two decades, he led a comprehensive growth strategy that included the acquisition and entitlement of more than 600 convenience store sites and the purchase of more than 100 existing properties.
Zietlow also directed Northwest Investments, overseeing large-scale land developments, subdivisions and commercial centers spanning several hundred acres.
Zietlow has also served for the past decade as a director and executive board chair of Home Federal Savings Bank, now part of Alerus Bank.
