Milwaukee’s PARADIGM Real Estate Corporation has hired Jake Nicholson as real estate advisor. Nicholson will provide brokerage and consulting services to owners and tenants of industrial, land, office and investment properties in Wisconsin.
Prior to his role with PARADIGM, Nicholson spent six years working for the Nicholson Group, LLC, a Milwaukee-based commercial real estate valuation and consulting firm.
Nicholson brings expertise in various aspects of the real estate industry to PARADIGM, including property management, zoning, land use and property valuation. Nicholson has valuation experience with numerous property types, including business and industrial parks, light and heavy industrial facilities and developmental land.
