Milwaukee’s Wangard Partners recently hired a new vice president for capital markets and property manager.
Jeremy Hillenbrand joined the company’s Milwaukee office as vice president of capital markets, while Alex Brackman joined the Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, office as property manager.
Before joining Wangard Partners, Hillenbrand was vice president at JP Morgan’s Private Bank.
Brackman brings nearly five years of property management experience to his new position. He has managed more than 750,000 square feet of residential and commercial leased space owned by nine clients.
