Minneapolis-based Dominium recently expanded its multi-family holdings by purchasing Traditions Apartments in Highlands Ranch, Colo.
A Section 42 complex built in 1995, Traditions Apartments is made up of 96 units of affordable housing in the Denver area. Dominium will make upgrades to the units, clubhouse and site.
