Founders Properties, L.L.C. has added Ben Yarbrough to the team as an asset manager. In his new role, Yarbrough will be responsible for managing a diverse commercial real estate portfolio and providing asset management services for private real estate partnerships that include industrial and office properties.
Yarbrough started his career at NorthMarq Real Estate Services (now Cushman and Wakefield) as a property manager in 2009. Prior to joining Founders, Yarbrough was a senior property manager at Colliers where he managed a portfolio of 25 office and industrial properties.
This experience led him to his current role, where he oversees leasing and property management within his portfolio, as well as assisting with acquisitions, dispositions and investor reporting.
Yarbrough graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a degree in real estate and looks forward to working in this entrepreneurial environment on a national portfolio.
