Minneapolis-based NorthMarq recently promoted Paul Wallerius to vice president – facilities management.
In his new role, Wallerius will continue to serve as the client team leader for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota and Deluxe Corporation, overseeing management of 4 million square feet, while also playing a lead role in NorthMarq’s special projects and facilities management consulting business.
“During Paul’s nine years with NorthMarq, he has helped his clients save millions of dollars by creating operational efficiencies in their real estate portfolios,” said Mark Mundahl, senior vice president – facilities management.
Wallerius brings more than 30 years of facilities management expertise to his clients. He earned his Certified Facility Manager designation through IFMA and a degree in industrial technology from the University of Wisconsin – Stout in Menomonie, Wis.
