Minneapolis-based Opus Development Corporation announced in May that Tom Lund has joined Opus Development Corporation as vice president of real estate development.
In his new position, Lund will be responsible for the expansion of the Opus residential development platform in the Twin Cities.
Lund has more than 25 years of real estate experience in finance, development, investment sales and corporate real estate consulting. Prior to his current role as president of Summit Real Estate Advisors, LLC, Lund spent 12 years as a developer for Opus Northwest, LLC where he successfully developed more than $900 million of condominium and office projects throughout the central United States.
