Minneapolis-based Ryan Companies US, Inc. appointed Robert Perry, a veteran of the real estate investment and finance businesses, to its board of directors.
In 2024, Ryan delivered 27 million square feet of real estate across 27 states, marking a year of steady growth. Perry’s board appointment is a pivotal step in continuing this momentum.
Perry currently serves as President of the Americas Real Estate Division and Head of the Strategic Partners U.S. Strategy for CBRE Investment Management. In his role, he oversees investment execution in the Americas and CBRE IM’s enhanced return investment activity. Prior to CBRE IM, Perry led the North American real estate business for CarVal Investors.
An active member of the Urban Land Institute and the Pension Real Estate Association, Perry holds a Master of Science degree in real estate investment analysis from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
