Carlson Commercial, a Minneapolis-based real estate firm specializing in office, retail and industrial client services, has changed its name. The company is now Carlson Partners, a name change that became effective Jan. 1.
Tim Olsen, most recently a senior vice president at Carlson Partners, is the firm’s first official partner. Olsen has been with Carlson for five years.
“We’re committed to delivering the most strategic consultation and market expertise to our clients, so it’s essential for us to retain and acquire advisors like Tim, who have greate talent and experience to share,” said Ted Carlson, president of Carlson Partners, in a written statement.
Olsen is an industry veteran with a 15-year track record.
