Kim Hofstede is a new vice president at Minneapolis’ Carlson Real Estate Company.
Hofstede joined Carlson in 2004, and has recently taken on the direct responsibility of overseeing the company’s Charlotte industrial portfolio and the Woodland Cove development.
During her time at Carlson, Hofstede has served in accounting, leasing, asset management, investment and development roles.
