Minneapolis-based CBRE Capital Markets’ Debt & Structured Finance team recently closed $28 million in financing for the recapitalization of a 202-room Courtyard by Marriott hotel in Portland, Oregon.
CBRE represented the property owner, CSM CY Lloyd Center LLC. The new 10-year loan was used to retire the existing CMBS financing on the property.
Financing was originated through CBRE’s correspondent relationship with Guggenheim Commercial Real Estate Finance.
