Minneapolis’ CSM Corporation recently announced three executive hires.
Andy Deckas joined the company as president of commercial properties and executive vice president of the firm. Deckas brings 25 years of experience to his new position. Most recnelty, he was president of Opus/Founders Properties, where he was responsible for the acquisition and management of more than $3 billion in assets.
Lori Larson joins CSM as senior managing director of capital markets. Larson, who has more than 25 years experience in the industry, formerly was president of Keystone Advisors, LLC.
Michael Coolidge is a new senior vice president for real estate and lodging at CSM. Coolidge joined CSM after working at Watermark Capital Partners, where he served as senior vice president.
